Meet Dr. Mark Holland

Mark Holland, PhD, LCMHCS
Executive Founding Director
GuardianONE was founded by Mark Holland, PhD, in 2001. Dr. Holland is a retired EMS division chief with 31 years of experience in emergency services. He is credentialed as a national board-certified and state-licensed clinical mental health counselor supervisor & serves as the behavioral health officer for various city/county fire/EMS agencies in NC. He teaches at Liberty University in the School of Behavioral Sciences. His doctoral and master's degrees are in theology, behavioral health, and clinical mental health counseling. He has been married for over 34 years & has two adult sons.
